Hi Maria and Doug,
Just wanted to tell you that Jacob had a FANTASTIC time at last night’s dance! He was so excited when he got home and said it was one of the BEST parties he had ever been to. He arrived home with all his “stuff” and apparently a plan of what they’re all wearing on them to school on Monday. He said that Doug got them all up and dancing even though the boys didn’t want to at first. He said that you played really fun games-even though he lost 🙁

I really just wanted to pass along all his enthusiasm and good comments. You did a great job and it was so nice of you to go all out for these 5th grade kids. I am sure this is a memory that they will all take with them to middle school.
